Yes, Exercise Is Good For You

Why aren’t you exercising? For that matter, why are a lot of people not exercising? That would explain why in today’s society obesity has become a big, big problem (no pun intended).

What people fail to understand is the fact that exercise is beneficial to the body. We can get a lot of benefits from exercising. Those benefits far outweigh the seeming hardships that go along with doing it.

One of the benefits of exercise is that it helps to either lose or control your weight. A reason why we gain weight is because we eat a lot but don’t move a lot. Because the food we eat doesn’t get burned away it gets stored by our body.
That stored excess food turns into fat. That’s the fat that we see a lot in our hips, stomach, thighs and butts. That’s the reason why we gain all that weight.

Exercise allows our body to move. Because we’re moving our body is using up energy to do so. That requires our body to burn fuel. Fortunately, that fuel can be found in the form of body fat. That means that the more you move around and burn fuel for energy, the more body fat you use up. This can help lower your weight or maintain it.

It can also help relieve you stress at the same time. Stress is one of those things that if you let it build within you it can become very debilitating. Exercise actually lowers your stress levels. It does this by making your body create chemicals that lower stress levels.

It also makes you feel happy inside. That’s because along with chemicals that relieve stress, exercise also helps produce chemicals that make you happy. Endorphins are released that will create feelings of happiness and euphoria within you.

Exercise can also strengthen your bones. This can help prevent or delay the onset of osteoporosis. Exercises such as running, walking and weight lifting can help strengthen your bones. It is especially beneficial if you start early so you give your bones time to really become hardy.

If you want to keep your mental edge then it would be a good idea to exercise. The brain responds better when you exercise. That’s because exercise increases the blood flow into the brain. More blood equals more development and more oxygen for the brain to use. This also results in more nerve growth thereby making memory a much better thing.

And if you think your sex life is good now, wait until you have tried exercising. Exercising can actually make your sex life a whole lot better. That’s because it affects you in two ways.
